Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Join WriteWise as a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, optimize, and secure robust AWS-based environments for next-generation pharmacy benefit solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering to deliver automated deployments, streamline cloud ops, and enforce infrastructure-as-code discipline using SST and modern DevOps tooling.​​

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll:

• Own architecture, automation, and deployment pipelines for all major platforms using SST, Docker, and GitHub CI/CD.

• Lead scalable deployments leveraging AWS Copilot and best-in-class practices for microservices and serverless applications.

• Manage IaC (Infrastructure as Code) to ensure consistent, compliant, and repeatable environments.

• Advance monitoring, alerting, and operational health using industry tools and automation.

• Share DevOps expertise across teams, championing security and continuous improvement.​

Requirements

• Proven expertise with AWS (core services, IAM, networking) and solid hands-on experience with SST and AWS Copilot.

• Deep knowledge of Docker-based workflows, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD automation, and modern deployment strategies.

• Advanced skills in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, SST).

• Experience integrating cloud-native monitoring, logging, and secure operational practices.

• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and support a collaborative, fast-paced engineering team.​
