Job Description
Join WriteWise as a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our pharmacy benefit management platform. You'll design and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, leverage modern AI-powered testing tools, and work closely with engineering to deliver robust, well-tested software that healthcare organizations depend on.
As a QA Engineer, you'll:
Own end-to-end test automation for our SaaS platform, covering Next.js frontends, Python FastAPI APIs, and integrated AWS services.
Design and maintain testing frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for browser automation and pytest for backend validation.
Implement and evaluate LLM-based testing tools to accelerate test generation, improve coverage, and enhance defect detection.
Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines in GitHub Actions, ensuring automated quality gates for every deployment.
Collaborate with engineers to define testing requirements, identify edge cases, and establish quality benchmarks for new features.
Monitor and report on test coverage, flakiness, and overall platform stability.
Requirements
Proven experience writing and maintaining end-to-end tests for SaaS applications.
Strong proficiency with modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, pytest, or similar).
Familiarity with LLM-based testing tools (e.g., Codium, Testim, Momentic, or similar AI-assisted QA platforms).
Solid understanding of Next.js/React frontends and Python backend architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, RDS/Aurora, ECS, Lambda) and testing cloud-integrated workflows.
Comfortable working with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
